A website on a monthly subscription, not a project price
The same projects we deliver at a fixed price in Hildesheim and the surrounding region — simply paid for differently: a setup fee and then a fixed monthly price covering hosting, maintenance, monitoring and a change allowance. If you would rather buy the project outright, the project price for the same scope is right next to it.
A business website starts at 3.900 € net with us, and so does an online shop. For many businesses in Hildesheim and the region that is the right investment — for others it lands at the wrong moment or does not fit the cash-flow plan. So the same projects are now available monthly: you pay a setup fee and then a fixed amount that already covers the build, the hosting and ongoing support. This page puts both routes side by side, with the same packages and open figures.
The subscription in five sentences
- You pay a one-off setup fee from 390 € net and then a fixed monthly price from 109 € net.
- The monthly price includes hosting in Germany, updates, backups, monitoring and a fixed change allowance.
- There are two terms: 12 months or 24 months at the lower monthly price.
- After the minimum term the subscription continues indefinitely and can be cancelled with one month's notice to the end of the month.

How the website subscription works
Nothing changes about the project itself. You get the same work as with the project price: concept, individual design, implementation, legal texts, accessibility to WCAG 2.2 AA and the groundwork for search engine optimisation. The difference lies solely in the billing. Instead of a project price followed by maintenance from 49 € per month, you pay a setup fee and then a monthly price that already covers the build.
The process is identical either way: initial consultation, written quote with a fixed scope, concept and design draft for approval, implementation, go-live. Only afterwards does your invoice look different. In the consultation we work through both options for your case — even when the result argues against the subscription.
Concept and design
Structure, page architecture and an individual layout based on your brand. You see a concept and a draft before anything is built.
Hosting in Germany
Operated on servers in Germany, HTTPS certificate, daily backups and a separate preview environment — included in the monthly price.
Maintenance and security
Regular updates of the system and extensions, security checks and restoration from backup if the worst happens.
Changes included
A fixed allowance per month for texts, images, prices, contacts and small additions. An e-mail is enough.
Monitoring
Availability, certificate expiry and loading time are checked continuously. If something breaks, we get in touch — not your customers.

Subscription or project price — which suits you?
Both routes are complete offerings, and we earn from both. The decision comes down to two questions: do you want to own the website? And do you want to tie up capital at the start or pay monthly instead? Everything else is arithmetic, and we set it out openly below.

The most honest comparison puts both routes over the same period with the same scope. A subscription that supposedly covers everything is either priced expensively or it is not true. So here is what costs extra, stated plainly:
- A complete relaunch within the term, for example after a change of brand — that is what the website relaunch page is for
- Search advertising and local SEO — both are separate services with their own monthly support
- Texts, photos and video we create or license for you — available at a fixed price on request
- Interfaces to inventory management, ERP or accounting that go beyond the basic setup
- Extensions with their own licence costs, such as a booking, applicant or point-of-sale system
- Changes beyond the monthly allowance — we always ask first, an invoice never appears unannounced

Contract, cancellation and ownership
The subscription is a contract for providing and operating a website, not a purchase in instalments. Ownership of the website stays with us during the term — that is why the monthly amount sits well below financing the project price. After the minimum term of 12 or 24 months the contract continues indefinitely and can be cancelled with one month's notice to the end of the month. There is no automatic extension by another year.
If you cancel, you take with you: your domain, your content in text and images, your enquiry and order data as an export, and for a shop the complete product catalogue. What you cannot take is the technical implementation itself. If you want to keep the website, we will quote for it — the amount is individual because it depends on the age and scope of the site. Anyone who wants ownership from the outset should choose the project price; that is expressly the direct route there.
