SVG
Abbreviation for Scalable Vector Graphics
In short and in plain language
SVG is a file format for graphics such as logos, icons and charts.
You can make them bigger or smaller without any loss of quality.
The files are often very small, so they load fast. That is why the format is often a good choice for a logo. This is true on your own site and on other sites.
